The Service Staff answered all my questions and scheduled the appointment immediately. The Tech that checked our problem quickly sent a video of the problem and noted what was required to complete the repair.

He did a great job answering questions and helped get me into a truck without pressuring me into something I didn’t want. I was on a time crunch and Brook with the titling team did a great job expediting the process. I would highly recommend working with this team and I will be back in future when it’s time for another vehicle.

Quick and affordable, transparent but not pushy - only gripe was that my front license plate was seemingly bent to a 90 degree angle from the time I brought it in until I got it back an hour later (and from what the video inspection showed), but I was able to bend it back into shape.

I took my 2022 Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician checked my tire alignment and said I had a tire out of alignment. I appreciate knowing that my car is in good working order. When I take my car to Dillon’s service department, I am greeted by a friendly staff and I can count on honest service.

From the moment you walk in the door at Sid Dillon you feel at ease and at home. Someone always greets you and asks what they can do for you today? The mechanic makes a video of what he sees and sends that to your phone so you’re seeing what he sees! You’re part of the process.
A WHOLE lot better experience than the Fremont store. After being a Fremont customer since Sid bought out Tal Andersen in the early eighties, I'm done there.(Mostly due to the ethics of " Hosie" and "Goldsie" in Fremont.
