Sid Dillons is great. Service department if friendl and helpful. They send a video of inspection with every oil change. They make suggestions if they find things that might need done but never pressure you. They let you know if it a good maintnenance practice or a serious safety issue. I highly recommend their service and will continue to go there.

Went in for an oil change that took over an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. I called beforehand because previously, an oil change had taken 2+ hours. They assured me it would done with an hour -/+ 15 minutes. It was not.

Great customer service in the service department always a pleasure. they go beyond just changing your oil. They do a lot of other checks.
The service at the dealership has gone down hill. Some of the more experienced service managers are no longer there and the younger manager seem not to understand service. Or this maybe the service the dealership wants to provide. Either way it is disappointing.

Working with Jeff,Mark,Doug, and staff is always a professional encounter, and they always find a way to fit me in the schedule, tell it like it is, and give sage advice when the news isn't always good. I brought my car in for routine oil, rotate and 55k mike check up. No noises or griding were present when I dropped it off. Matter of fact, NOTHING was wrong with my car. Afterwards, my car had a new grinding and noise at the differential that S.D. serviced. I appreciate S.D. honoring the "bulletin" out on my vehicle and taking it back in to fix it.
