Very courteous team at Dillon in Blair, always friendly with a greeting when you walk in, opens the door, keeps the building clean. This shows me that they care! Diagnosed our issue quickly and called with a price, but did not know we were under a full warranty. Not necessarily a criticism buy isn't there somewhere on a file that they could put the warranty coverage information ahead of time? Seems it would be more efficient. Also we do not remember the name of our service department person so will rate all of them a 3 since it is a required field!
