You feel like a member of the family when you do business here. My DirtyMax got a check engine light on a trip to our camper. I used the key drop on a Sunday afternoon & it was ready mid-afternoon on Monday. Not only was it ready but it was washed and vacuumed. Being disabled that last part means a lot to me. It takes me 2-3 days to properly clean my truck. I also got to wonderful help in the parts department picking up a plastic piece that I broke. The part was in stock! I met with Nolan in the sales department to talk about a new 27 Bison Edition 2500. I’m looking forward to getting the specs from him as soon as they’re released. My next Chevy truck will definitely be from Dillon Btothers in Blair.

I recently bought a truck from the fremont store. I worked with Jose. He was great. They gave me a fair number for my trade and didnt play any games. They seemed to value my time and were deliberate not to waste it. Fast forward six months and the truck needs a significant repair. It would turn out that I brought it in just a handful of miles past my CPO warranty expiration. The Sid Dillon team decided to take it upon themselves to fund the repair even though they probably could have easily gotten out of it.
