I brought my car in for routine oil, rotate and 55k mike check up. No noises or griding were present when I dropped it off. Matter of fact, NOTHING was wrong with my car. Afterwards, my car had a new grinding and noise at the differential that S.D. serviced. I appreciate S.D. honoring the "bulletin" out on my vehicle and taking it back in to fix it. Before I came to pick it up, I was made aware of a "new noise" and that a $300-400 fix for the idler pulley was recommended. When I arrived, I asked to be shown the noise and belt so I can keep an eye on it. The tech asked "didnt you watch the video?". I said yes, but couldn't hear anything. We walked to the vehicle and started it up. No noise was present. Ive had it back for a week now. There has yet to be a noise. Up until last week I have loved S.D. of Blair. This really didnt feel good at all.
