service videos are a nice touch along with the extra communication they provide. Good suggestions but not worded as requirements for filters and alignments.

Your young service member needs to stop being so pushy on changing the cabin filter when it was just complete at the last oil change at your establishment. Same thing on the front brake pads, check elsewhere and we have time before those really need to be done according to your measurements.
